At Alorea, we take pride in the quality of our products and the results our customers experience.
We know our 3-phase cleanse works — and we're confident enough to back that with a 30-day at-home guarantee.
If, after consistent use, the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund under the terms below.
The guarantee begins the day your product arrives. We recommend completing the full 30-day cycle before requesting a refund, as the three phases (Destroy, Drain, Restore) work in sequence and meaningful results typically appear between days 14–30 of consistent use.

Returns & Refunds
You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
To qualify, you must provide your order number and confirm you've taken the product consistently for at least 14 days.
Opened / Used bottles → eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. You are not required to return the bottle, as opened supplements cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.
Unopened / Unused bottles → eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after your request is approved. Credit card refunds may take 7–10 additional business days depending on your card issuer.
Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Cancellation After Ordering
If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your purchase. After this period, your order enters processing and we are unable to make cancellations.
Replacements
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement immediately.
Non-Refundable Items
Digital products and bundle gifts are final sale and non-refundable.
Products that have been tampered with, transferred to another container, or show signs of misuse are not eligible for refund.
Products returned to intermediary or forwarding facilities instead of our authorized warehouse cannot be refunded.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
Alorea reserves the right to refuse or reject refund requests from any customer at any time due to irregular or excessive refund activity or potential fraudulent behavior.
Shipping Charges
Alorea offers free shipping within the United States. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges related to returns. Alorea is not responsible for customs, duties, or taxes.
Chargebacks
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, the 30-day guarantee and all refund options will no longer be applicable.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU)
If goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
